Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Combine the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients – milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
- Add the brownie batter into a slightly greased 8×8 (or similar size) pan. Bake at 350F degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
